I was going to make this a quick one. But then I got rolling and realized I had a lot to share on repurposing content. You have content in everything you're doing. Sometimes things are so close to our face that we don't always think to repurpose and use it elsewhere. Right now, I am helping a performance coach with a 90-day cohort.It's a bunch of high performers learning which foods are sensitive for their bodies. Each week someone has a new win:
And on each call, we can track how long it takes for each win. 4 weeks for this. Pretty cool stuff going on in that cohort. Here's what makes my life easier to improve the numbers for the next cohort. All Future Marketing is in Those Calls.When we rebuild the landing page for future cohorts, we'll be able to use all the above. Any emails needed for further marketing will come from the calls. And it's pretty easy to pull from the existing transcripts. I watch a couple calls, create a prompt to pull specific information that I deem valuable, and then have Claude run the rest of the transcripts. This saves me an unquantifiable amount of time reviewing information. I'll also be building a prompt for all the questions people have. The exact responses the coaches have to these questions. And once I get what I need, I'll ask AI if there are any insights I'm missing. So I'll already have what I want. But I'll also get the robot looking at it from a different perspective (with some understanding of how I think from the prompts I fed it.) Everything you need is right in front of you.This is a cohort. But if you're reading this, I'm sure you get questions from your clients all the time. If you're recording the calls, you can easily go in and scrape information. And your exact quoted responses. You can easily repurpose that into more content. It's an easy way to use AI to replicate things you've already said. So you can go and repeat it to more people that need the same information. It's just a repurposing system. But if you're not recording calls (or maybe not allowed for compliance reasons), get in the habit of writing down those questions. Then write responses to them. Or get a recorder to record your responses to make it quicker. And repurpose those transcripts for much of the above. You should also be conscious of how long it takes for a client to get results. Write that down. It's much easier to remember (or refer back to) something that's been intentionally recorded. Final ThoughtsThere's content everywhere. It's not often that people have a system for capturing things they're already doing and repurposing that information. There's always going to be some reservation about AI. But everything above is a good way to replicate what you're already saying -- without handing yourself and your brand over to a robot that knows nothing about you. Have a great weekend, P.S. I usually use AI to outline a newsletter from a transcript. Then I'll take the outline and ask AI to pull a client's direct quotes and place them where they fit within the outlined sections. Then I'll begin the writing. The outline itself puts the piece into 'modules'.
